Fenghai Liu, Acacia’s Vice President of Product Line Management, gave a talk titled “Coherent Optical Solutions for Data Center Interconnections” at OptiNet in Beijing, China on June 12-13th.
In this presentation, he discusses current coherent applications (submarine, etc.) and highlights the increasing demand for DCI capacity and how coherent optical is moving toward shorter distance applications.
